Kiren Sandhu, personal trainer

Kiren Sandhu

Personal Trainer

If there’s anything Kiren hopes to achieve with the clients she works with, it’s that they feel more educated and empowered. She’s aware of how much conflicting information there is out there regarding exercise, diet and health.

Kiren draws on her knowledge from her Biomedicine degree to inform her clients about the anatomy and physiology of the human body.

With a background in competitive swimming, triathlons, and powerlifting, Kiren blends technical expertise with practical experience.

She loves helping clients feel stronger and more confident with weight training, but equally loves aerobic training for the health benefits this brings.
