Perfect way to start the day, bit of sauna, bit of cold plunge, and a workout of course! Great energy and highly recommend 💪

Sharpe athletic is awesome. Run by a switched on trainer that really wants to see you achieve your goals. I will keep using them as my PT!

Great addition adding a an ice bath and sauna to the gym to round out the experience.

Hands down the most professional and knowledgeable personal trainer in Melbourne! Helping me with some knee rehab which has been highly successful so far! Can't recommend enough!
